MERCHANDISE & PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our MKMD merchandise and products were designed to make you happy and help you thrive! In the rare instance that our products are not a good fit for you, that’s okay too.
If you purchased your product(s) from mkmdhealth.com, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order, minus shipping fees. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you purchased our product at one of our retail partners, kindly contact the store directly for a refund or exchange in accordance with their store policies.
All sale items are final and non-refundable.
PROGRAM & SERVICE RETURNS & REFUNDS
Given the personal and custom nature of MKMD programs and services (including, but not limited to Metabolic Balance, Health Coaching, Nutritional Plans, et al) refunds will not be issued after your intake appointment, nor once the plan has begun. Refunds may only be considered in the case of a change of health that irrevocably limits a client's qualification for their coaching service.
